Shipping policy

At CellSkript, we want you to enjoy your skincare experience as soon as possible. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details you need about our delivery process.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after receiving proof of payment or after payment is reflecting in our bank account.
  • The courier service does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery will only be to a valid street address.

 

Delivery Times

  • Courier delivery usually takes 1 – 5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Main city center deliveries typically arrive within 1 – 5 working days.

  • Remote areas may take up to 7 working days.

 

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9 am – 5 pm. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

 

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is one where someone you trust is available to accept the order. The person receiving the package will need to sign for the delivery to confirm receipt. It is not necessary for the recipient to be the purchaser; however, they must be able to accept the delivery at the specified address.

 

Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, certain unforeseen circumstances—such as adverse weather conditions, road closures, or strikes—may delay the delivery. Although rare, please understand that these delays are out of our control and are not grounds for order cancellation or refund.

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us with your order number, and we will follow up on the delivery status.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you encounter any issues, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

Shipping Areas

Currently, CellSkript only offers delivery within South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this time.
