Returns & Refunds

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or exchange based on the product’s condition and your preference.

Non-Defective Products: We do not accept returns on products that are not defective or damaged. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or exchange, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing info@cellskript.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable). Once we’ve received your request, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Once your return is confirmed and received, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve received a refund confirmation but haven’t seen the refund appear in your account, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the processing to be completed. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@cellskript.com, and we will assist you further.
Exchanges
We will only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or if we have sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at info@cellskript.com to initiate the process.
Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at info@cellskript.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Final Sale Items
Please note that products purchased during promotional sales, or clearance items, are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless defective.
